Turkey zirconium crowns - Anyone tried these?

Hey guys! Considering Turkey zirconium crowns for my front teeth. Saw ads saying it's way cheaper than the UK. But I’ve heard mixed stuff? Some say they’re great, others say they crack easy. Anyone got real experience with Turkey zirconium crowns? How’s the colour matching? Freaking out a bit lol.

I got Turkey zirconium crowns last year in Antalya! Best decision ever. Paid £200 per crown vs. £800 back home. Clinic was super modern, and the dentist spoke perfect English. Colour match was spot-on—they use digital scans. Healing was quick, no pain. Only downside? Flight cost 😂. But for the savings? 100% worth it. Just research clinics properly—some are sketchy, but loads are legit.

Ugh, my Turkey zirconium crowns cracked after 8 months. Went to a "budget" clinic in Istanbul (won’t name names, DM me). They looked amazing at first, but chewing steak? One split. Dentist here said the zirconia was low-grade. Not all Turkey clinics are bad—my mate got hers in Izmir and they’re perfect. But DO NOT cheap out. Pay extra for quality labs. Also, aftercare in Turkey? Non-existent once you fly home.

@LucyRivers I did mine in June! Turkey zirconium crowns are legit IF you avoid "all-inclusive holiday deals." Found a clinic with German-trained dentists. They showed me the zirconia blocks—Swiss material. Healing took 3 days, no sensitivity. PRO TIP: Get a full treatment plan emailed BEFORE booking. Hidden costs are a scam. Oh, and Turkey’s dental tourism is next-level—they do 50 crowns a day! Anyone know how long zirconia lasts vs. porcelain?

Okay but... what about infections? My cousin got Turkey zirconium crowns and had gum swelling. Turned out the temp crown glue caused it. Is that common? Also, how many trips needed? I can’t take 2 weeks off work 😫
